成立于1936年的美国r.d.specialties rds公司,是全球**的线棒涂布棒生产商,rds线棒,rds刮棒,绕丝线棒,主要用于涂布规定厚度的湿膜,以测定试样的遮盖力、色泽或制备样板等。采用上等不锈钢耐磨材质制造,经久耐用。非常适合涂布很薄涂层,如罐头涂料及纸张涂料的试验。用于柔软的材料如纸张﹑纸板﹑测试卡纸﹑箔纸﹑皮革﹑纺织品等效果z理想,用不同直径的不锈钢钢丝缠绕在一定直径和长度的不锈钢钢棒上,利用钢丝之间的间隙制备不同厚度的涂膜。在油墨,涂料,粘胶和各种乳液的检测中使用,用于研究,测试和质量控制
rds线棒使用原理:
rds线棒适用于卡纸、塑料薄片、皮革、纺织品等各种柔软基底表面通常不平整或有部分隆起,用一般的刮刀型涂膜器会产厚度不均的涂层。采用rds线棒可解决这个问题。当涂膜器在基底上拖动时会将基底碾压平整。涂膜器上螺纹形成的沟槽用来产生指定厚度的膜。理论膜厚由螺纹间隙决定。涂膜器安装在一个带把手的支架上,耐腐蚀
涂层厚度主要分为三种:
l rds线棒理论湿膜厚度、实际湿膜厚度和干膜厚度
l rds线棒理论湿膜厚度即是涂膜器刃口到涂膜平面间矩。然而,当涂膜器在基面上进行涂膜时,由于材料流动性和涂膜速度的作用,膜层会产生一定的剪切现象,从而导致实际湿膜厚度比理认值小(一般为理论值的60~70%,经干燥后膜层体积缩涂膜棒小,干膜厚度约为实际湿膜厚度的40~50%)
l 使用棒型rds线棒时,如果储料宽度较用于进行涂膜的间隙(即涂膜器与基面存在间隙的部分)宽度宽涂膜层边缘部分将比原期望值增加一个无法控制的增量,进而给理论湿膜厚度带来误差。而erichsen涂膜器消除了这种不**度的根源。
